Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Presales Consultant with strong functional and solutioning expertise in Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in presales, solution design, client engagement, and proposal development, with at least 70% of their experience in presales activities.
Key Highlight
- Candidate must have majority (70% or more) experience in Presales, not delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales activities for Oracle Fusion (ERP / SCM / HCM).
- Work closely with sales teams to drive RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and deal strategy.
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and presentations showcasing Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Design scalable, high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimation, pricing, and resource planning.
- Create solution architectures, proposal documents, and value propositions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and map them to Oracle solutions.
- Support deal closures by addressing client queries and participating in negotiations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP / SCM / HCM).
- 70%+ experience in Presales / Solutioning (Must Have).
- Hands-on experience in:
- RFP/RFI response creation
- Solution architecture & estimation
- Client presentations & demos
- Excellent understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with large IT services organizations.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (ERP / SCM / HCM) are a plus.
- Experience in digital transformation and cloud migration programs.
