This project focuses on system changes and operational enhancements related to lending platforms, including the ongoing transition from AFS to LoanIQ.
This role will work closely with operations users, project stakeholders, and training teams to understand system impacts, coordinate communication, and ensure operational readiness. The Delivery Manager will help facilitate execution by aligning teams, capturing requirements, coordinating deliverables, and supporting change management efforts across the organization.
This position is heavily focused on project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational impact management, ensuring that system changes are successfully implemented and adopted by the operations teams using the platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Coordinate project delivery activities for lending operations system initiatives
- Assess how system changes or enhancements impact operational users
- Facilitate communication between project, technology, and operations stakeholders
- Coordinate procedure updates, communications, and training readiness efforts
- Partner with trainers and operational teams to support rollout of system updates
- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
- Capture meeting notes, organize action items, and drive execution
- Use Agile tools such as Jira to manage workstreams and project tracking
- Support stakeholder engagement across operations, technology, and leadership teams
