About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic finance technology initiatives, business transformation programs, and vendor management activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, financial systems knowledge, stakeholder management, and technical acumen to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing projects related to financial applications, process automation, ERP implementations, system integrations, and vendor partnerships while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of financial systems and transformation projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement, Compliance, and external vendors.
Financial Systems Transformation
  • Drive modernization and optimization of financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
  • Partner with finance leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Ensure successful implementation of financial controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Facilitate business process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and service providers.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and SLA compliance.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables, project milestones, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure accountability for project outcomes.
  • Conduct periodic vendor performance assessments and risk evaluations.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, finance teams, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Translate business requirements into technical project deliverables.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive updates.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and implementation records.
  • Support internal and external audits related to financial systems and projects.
