- 5+ years of Veeva CRM Administration or Engineering experience.

- Experience with CRM configuration and workflow customisation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotechnology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
