Front End Web Designer/Developer

Introduction

The Front End Web Designer/Developer will be responsible for supporting the ongoing UX design and front-end development needs for enterprise web applications and website solutions. The primary focus will be on building and supporting accessible web UI components and ensuring user experience consistency across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and refresh web component and user interface prototypes
• Build HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript in accessible ways for content management systems and enterprise products
• Work cross-team across the organization to bring user interface consistency
• Perform training sessions/webinars for business customers on created apps/sites/tools

Requirements

Required Skills:

• JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency (5 Years)
• Vue.js (3 Years)
• State management with signals or reactive stores (4 Years)
• Web performance optimization (3 Years)
• Design systems and component library architecture (3 Years)
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.2+) best practices (3 Years)
• User experience design (3 Years)
• Integration with systems like SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc. (4 Years)
• AI-assisted development and workflow automation (1 Year)
• Website Accessibility testing (4 Years)
• Semantic HTML structure and accessibility foundations (5 Years)
• Modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, variables, theming) (5 Years)

Preferred Skills:

• Vite for modern build tooling (3 Years)
