Position Overview

We are seeking a Tech Lead C++ / Java with strong modernization experience and deep technical leadership capabilities. This role requires someone who understands the "why" behind business changes, can drive technical debt remediation, and lead enterprise application modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong architecture, design, and hands-on development experience across Java, C++, and microservices ecosystems.

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java (v11+)

• 8+ years of experience in C++

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot

• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures

• SQL Server

• Linux

• Angular (Full Stack preferred)

• Enterprise application integration experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full systems lifecycle management (analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation).

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in architecture and data design decisions.

• Define system interfaces and ensure interoperability.

• Lead peer reviews and technical governance compliance.

• Create unit and integration test strategies.

• Oversee CI/CD builds and deployment processes.

• Monitor system performance and integrity.

• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

• Maintain SDLC-compliant documentation.

• Mentor and guide development teams.
