We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of enterprise data products that drive trusted, accessible, and actionable insights across the organization. This position is ideal for a product leader who has directly owned enterprise data, analytics, or data platform products and can effectively bridge business objectives with technical and data capabilities.
The successful candidate will partner with engineering, analytics, data architecture, governance, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions that create measurable business value.

Job Description
As an Enterprise Data Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products, from discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure enterprise data products meet business needs while maintaining data quality and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise data products, including strategy, planning, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize product investments.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • Utilize SQL and data analysis to validate requirements, investigate issues, evaluate performance, and support product decisions.
  • Incorporate data management principles, including data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, definitions, and lifecycle management into product planning.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Data Governance, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable enterprise data solutions.
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs that measure product adoption, performance, and business impact.
  • Drive continuous product improvement through user feedback, business priorities, and data-driven insights.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, priorities, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of enterprise data, analytics, or data platform products.
  • Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap development, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and product decision-making.
  • Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data management concepts, including data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, data definitions, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-team delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives without direct authority.
Preferred
  • Experience with cloud and enterprise data platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data products used across multiple business functions.
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple data sources, systems, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with enterprise data warehousing, analytics, and reporting solutions.
