job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Test Lead to drive quality engineering and lead testing efforts for a major client engagement. You will manage cross-functional onshore and offshore test teams, working directly with client stakeholders and SMEs to ensure seamless system integration testing for complex business applications.

responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams to meet project deliverables.
- Author, manage, and execute test scripts using Jira across complex testing scenarios.
- Direct System Integration Testing (SIT) involving complex incentive compensation rule sets and large data sets.
- Generate and present client-facing testing metrics, progress reports, and defect analytics to client stakeholders.

qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on Test Lead experience managing onshore and offshore resources.
5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation testing (Oracle CX ICM / Oracle Cloud strongly preferred).
Proven experience writing and executing test scripts, defect tracking in Jira, and executing complex SIT scenarios.
Strong client-facing communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leveraging AI tools for test script creation and validation.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Integration workflows.
Strong time management and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced consulting environments.
