Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Financial Coordinator for a hybrid position with an Energy Company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on managing financial processing, coordinating IT procurement, and supporting weekly change management activities. The successful candidate will act as an escalation point and engage with vendors.
Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of IT system administration activities between IT service providers
- Manage escalations for end user issues and requests
- Coordinate daily/weekly touch points with internal team
- Provide technical guidance and support to other internal IT teams
- Coordinate install / repair activities between multiple vendors and end users
- Coordinate efforts relating to audit evidence gathering, review, approvals and submissions
- Major Incident and critical event management
- Participate in Transfer to Support events and coordinate subsequent efforts with 3rd parties and internal IT teams
- Review and enforce internal and 3rd party vendor processes
- Assist in on-boarding activities relating to 3rd party vendors
- Assist with Vendor invoice processing, Vendor accounts management and procurement.
- Manage financial processing, including coordinating Accounts Payable (AP) items and invoices
- Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of IT projects
- Run weekly change management and coordinate changes
- Handle IT procurement and create project codes
- Monitor for outages and manage invoices
- Engage with vendors and act as an escalation point
Requirements: - Knowledge of enterprise-wide platforms such as SQL Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Services, DNS,DHCP, Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud offerings contained in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365
- Business Analysis skills focused on infrastructure technologies
- Vendor Management skills including managing delivery
- Recent college graduate or individual with equivalent experience
- Strong aptitude and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
