Workday Business Analyst - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Workday Business Analyst to join their team to support internal initiatives and an external Workday Supplier Connections upgrade. This role is highly execution-oriented and requires someone who can drive work forward, not just report on status.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support internal Workday Procurement projects, with a focus on onboarding suppliers correctly
* Assist the PMO function, including project tracking and planning (Smartsheet strongly preferred)

Drive execution for a Workday Supplier Connections upgrade, including:
* Vendor coordination
* UAT planning and execution
* Writing and managing test scripts
* Coordinating testers and validating results
* Tracking testing status, issues, and resolutions
* Build and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
* Work closely with finance, product, engineering, suppliers, and business stakeholders
* Act as a hands-on partner throughout the implementation-not just reporting, but actively supporting delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday Procurement, particularly Supplier Connections, and is comfortable working directly with vendors, stakeholders, and testing teams throughout an implementation
* Workday Procurement experience, with strong preference for Supplier Connections
* Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
* Strong project management and project planning capabilities

Proven experience with:
* Writing test scripts
* Coordinating and participating in testing
* Tracking test execution and issue resolution
* Ability to work directly with vendors and external partners
* Excellent communication skills - this role interacts with many different stakeholders and testing groups
* Strong execution mindset: willing to -get in the weeds- and drive outcomes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
