Role: Salesforce RCA/ARM Solution Architect
Location: Remote (Client PST)


Top Skills:
• Direct experience with SF RCA implementation, including automation of quote generation and submission, and familiarity with integration to ERPs (PeopleSoft in this case).
• Ability to design and implement scalable revenue management solutions using Salesforce Agentforce platform.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification desired.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable revenue management solutions using Salesforce Agentforce platform.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for revenue operations, including quoting, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and external financial or ERP systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams and business users.
• Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and workflows to drive process efficiency and revenue growth.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend solutions or improvements.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, revenue management trends, and emerging technologies.
• Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.

Additionally:
• Hands-on architect role required, not just consultative, based in the US in Pacific time zone, as this provides 3-4 hours of overlap with the Sydney, AUS business team.
