REQUIRED SKILLS | What they are looking for: - 5–8 years of software development experience
- Strong front-end development background
- React, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, SASS, Bootstrap
- Experience with WCMS platforms
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps Server
- SQL Server and/or other relational database experience
- Node.js experience
- Understanding of client-server concepts, OOP, and web services
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Comfortable using AI throughout the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding/refactoring, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code review
- Must be able to independently validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, testing, and maintainability
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, integrate, and support core and web-based applications
- Modify and troubleshoot existing application systems
- Provide Tier III application support
- Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation
- Leverage AI tools to improve development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
