Job Description:

Role Summary:
We are seeking a RIM (Regulatory Information Management) Expert with strong experience in Veeva Vault to support regulatory operations, system enhancements, and compliance processes within the life sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Veeva Vault RIM Suite (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing).
Support end-to-end regulatory processes including submission planning, document management, registration tracking, and compliance.
Drive system configuration, user management, validation activities, and troubleshooting within Veeva Vault.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and IT teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Develop user guides, training materials, and provide end-user support.
Ensure adherence to GxP compliance, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 8 years of experience in Regulatory Information Management within pharma/biotech.
Strong hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault RIM modules.
Understanding of regulatory submission lifecycle and global regulatory requirements.
Experience with system configuration, validation (CSV), and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Veeva Vault certifications.
Experience in global regulatory operations or submission publishing.
