Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager (Agile Environment)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support cybersecurity initiatives for a large refinery organization. This role operates in an Agile environment and requires strong coordination with plant-level IT teams across 24/7 industrial operations.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile/Scrum environments
Background in industrial settings (oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or large 24/7 process facilities)
Experience managing cybersecurity-related projects or initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across distributed teams

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cybersecurity-focused projects in an Agile/Scrum environment
Collaborate with plant-level IT teams to drive project execution and adoption
Support implementation of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and initiatives (e.g., rubric, governance standards)
Ensure alignment with operational requirements in continuous, high-availability environments
Facilitate communication across technical and business stakeholders
