Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives by gathering and documenting business, clinical, operational, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare, IT, and program stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify gaps, streamline processes, and support EHR enhancements and implementations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and clinical requirements.
• Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, business rules, and SOPs.
• Conduct gap analysis and support process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements validation.
• Support test scenario development, UAT, and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to manage requirements, risks, and dependencies.

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process documentation.

• Experience in healthcare, public health, or state/federal government.
• Master's degree (MBA/MHA).
• Experience with executive reporting, risk analysis, and change management.
• Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Project Management certification.
