Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business & Data Analyst to join our growing team on an immediate basis. This is a quick hiring requirement, and we are actively prioritizing candidates based in Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and managing business and data requirements across projects. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and data requirements for ongoing and new projects

• Analyze business models, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure smooth communication

• Understand project vision, scope, and objectives for new systems, services, and software solutions

• Support testing, implementation, and production support phases of the project lifecycle

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making

• Gather customer feedback through surveys, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Business Analysis and Data Analysis

• Effectively communicate user needs, business concerns, and functional requirements to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis, business processes, and documentation

Preferred:

• Candidates currently located in or near Chicago, IL

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
