Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop new software modules and enhance existing applications using Caché MUMPS, Caché ObjectScript, and OOP methodologies.
- Build and maintain healthcare interoperability workflows including HL7, IHE profiles, CCD/CDA/CCDA document processing, and API‑based data exchange.
- Architect, implement, and support solutions on Intersystems HealthShare, Ensemble, and Caché platforms.
- Manage API integrations, interface engines, and data transformation pipelines.
- Support full‑stack development using LAMP (PHP), MySQL, MS SQL, and cloud‑based services on Google Cloud Platform.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of clinical data flows.
- Looking for someone who has “been there done there” with React/ Next.JS/ Typescript on the frontend and/or FastAPI/ Postgres for backend systems. Bonus points if they have Google Cloud Platform experience
