Job Description:
>> Architect and evolve the internal developer platform
>> Design reusable platform components that improve reliability, repeatability, and scalability
>> Define workflow orchestration patterns and automation guardrails
>> Review infrastructure-as-code implementations and enforce consistency standards
>> Establish structured logging, metrics, and telemetry patterns across platform services
>> Design automation frameworks that support safe, controlled execution at scale
>> Improve workflow reliability through observability instrumentation, log aggregation and analysis, and failure-mode design and retry patterns
>> Standardize scripting and automation practices (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
>> Implement platform guardrails that enforce security, compliance, and operational constraints
>> Reduce manual operational toil through systematic automation
>> Architect governed access to AI services and models in production environments
>> Define routing, execution, and observability patterns for AI-driven workflows
>> Embed security, policy, and compliance controls into AI integration pathways
>> Design API contracts and service boundaries for AI consumption
>> Ensure production readiness monitoring, cost controls, usage governance, and reliability
Requirements:
>> 8+ years experience required in AI and Automation
>> Hands-on experience integrating enterprise AI solutions into delivery pipelines is essential
>> Strong background in CICD systems and automation orchestration
>> Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and service-oriented design
>> Production experience enabling AI capabilities within enterprise environments
>> Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
