Open PositionsWe are hiring for multiple technician levels:
Lead Technician- 5+ years of lead or management experience in a datacenter environment
L4 Technician- 5+ years of dedicated datacenter experience
- Strong troubleshooting experience, especially with large GPU deployments
L3 Technician- 3+ years of datacenter experience
What You'll DoThis team supports datacenter buildout and decommissioning activities, including:
- Removing and organizing network cabling
- Running, labeling, and staging power and network cables
- Executing DBD removal tasks
- Following established procedures for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning hardware
- Staging, setting up, and performing basic startup/shutdown of equipment
- Completing physical asset audits
- Monitoring systems for hardware issues or performance errors
- Investigating and resolving program error messages
- Assisting engineers with testing and debugging
- Using spreadsheets and other software tools to track data and produce reports
Required Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience requirements vary by level (3-5+ years)
Preferred Qualifications- Associate degree or equivalent technical training
- GPU deployment experience (a strong plus, not required)
- Break/Fix background
- Hardware installation and cabling experience
Shift Schedule12-hour shifts (7-7 AM or PM) on a 2-2-3 rotation:
- A Side: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday
- B Side: Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday
Work Environment / PPE ProvidedAll required safety equipment is provided:
- Composite-toe boots (reimbursement available)
- High-visibility vest
- Safety glasses
- Cut-resistant gloves
- Ear protection
- Hard hat (for sites still under construction)

Interview Process- L3: 30-minute technical interview
- L4 & Lead: 1-hour technical interview with delivery leadership and architectural team
Reason for HiringDue to major expansion and a surge of GPU deployments, the internal team requires additional support across multiple technician levels.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $44.00/hr.
