Full Time Position 

 Role Overview:

The Oracle SCM Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of Oracle Supply Chain applications across order management, procurement, inventory, supply planning, and logistics functions. This role partners closely with Application Managers, Engineers, Product Managers, and Operations teams to validate system functionality, drive process improvements, and maintain high standards for data and system integrity.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle SCM modules integrated with Meta Enterprise Product applications.
  2. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
  3. Validate end-to-end supply chain processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, and Supply Planning.
  4. Identify, document, and track defects using enterprise defect management tools.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  6. Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across systems and integrations.
  7. Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and quality assurance standards.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SCM quality processes.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM testing or quality assurance.
  3. Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning).
  4. Experience with test automation tools and SQL for data validation.
  5. Understanding of supply chain business processes in a global environment.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  2. Knowledge of integrations with Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse systems.
  3. Experience working in large-scale, fast-paced technology organizations.
  4. Certifications in Oracle SCM or Quality Assurance.
