Position: Oracle Cloud HCM – Technical Integration Consultant - W2 Only
Length: End Of Year - 18M EXT afterwards
Hybrid: Washington DC (Hybrid) preferred, outside may need to travel.
Oracle Cloud HCM – Technical Integration Consultant
The Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Integration Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, configure integration solutions, and ensure seamless data flow across HR applications.
The consultant leverages tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build scalable and secure integrations.
Key responsibilities include
Troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, maintaining documentation, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.
