Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance data architectures.
- Work across multiple database platforms to support diverse data requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models supporting both transactional and analytical systems.
- Enable real-time and batch data processing using modern streaming technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on data-related initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained.
- Support ongoing data needs across various internal business functions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Strong experience in Data Architecture across:
- Oracle
- PostgreSQL
- Snowflake
- Neo4j
- Apache Iceberg
- Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Proficiency in Python for data movement and transformation logic.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals (existing platform environment).
- Expertise in OLAP and OLTP data modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving data initiatives.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Proven ability to make impactful and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting AI/ML-driven data initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a shared services environment (non-customer-facing role).
