Role: Senior Python Developer  (W2 – Requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, and development of backend systems using Python
• Drive implementation of graph-based solutions using Neo4j, including data modeling and query optimization
• Define and enforce microservices architecture and API-first design principles
• Lead development of scalable, distributed systems and integrations
• Implement AI-driven and agentic solutions for automation and intelligent workflows
• Oversee performance engineering, load testing, and system scalability
• Lead cloud-native development across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Python
• Proven experience with Neo4j (Graph Database), including advanced data modeling and Cypher queries
• Strong expertise in microservices and distributed system design
• Extensive experience in API design, integration, and middleware development
• Graph DB: Neo4j (mandatory)
• NoSQL: MongoDB / DynamoDB
• Relational: Postgres / MySQL / Oracle
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience in performance tuning, load testing, and high-scale system optimization
• Experience managing high-traffic production systems

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations and agentic systems
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor)
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms (commercetools, BigCommerce, etc.)
• Experience with large-scale data processing systems

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
