Summary

Test Lead - Workday HCM || Remote || Contract

Requirement:

5+ years of testing Workday HCM in functional, E2E and UAT
8+ years of leading a testing team (count does not matter) onsite and offshore in a client facing role
Good verbal and written communication
Experience in doing resource planning and effort estimation
Must have used test management tools such as JIRA, Silk central, ADO etc..
Experience in preparing QA deliverables test plan, test case, test data, test exit report etc.

Good to have

ISTQB certification in advanced level testing like Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management (CTAL-TM)
PMP/Princeton certifications
