Responsibilities:

Leading several workstreams aligned to return to office initiatives
Workstreams included: IT related technologies: Network and Wireless upgrades, Conference Room Modernization (AV, telephony), End User Services, Infrastructure, ect.
Tracking Budgets
Communication up to levels of CIO
Managing Project Managers assigned to different workstreams.

Project Stage:

Early in the project phase- Receiving approvals for work streams, funding, ordering documents ect.

Technology Requirements:
