What You'll Be Doing- Install and support telecommunications systems (primarily cabling and network hardware)
- Run and terminate Cat6 cabling in commercial environments
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist with network performance
- Configure basic telecom devices and support system setups
- Partner with team members on large-scale installs and upgrades
- Document work completed and maintain equipment tracking
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards on job sites
What We're Looking For- Experience with Cat6 cabling (school, trade, or hands-on work counts)
- Interest in telecommunications, low voltage, or networking
- Strong reliability and work ethic (attendance is critical for this project)
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, etc. is a plus)
- Comfortable working full 50-hour weeks consistently
Nice to Have (Not Required)- Exposure to VoIP or PBX systems
- Previous field/installation experience
- Technical certifications or trade school experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
