Job Description:
We are looking for an **Oracle Fusion Technical SME** with strong hands-on experience in **Oracle Cloud HCM, PPM, GL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**. The ideal candidate should be technically strong with an **80% Technical / 20% Functional** focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support for **Oracle Fusion Cloud** applications.
- Work hands-on with **Oracle HCM, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, PPM, and GL**.
- Design, develop, and support integrations using **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**.
- Develop and support **REST/SOAP API** integrations.
- Work with **HDL (HCM Data Loader)** for HCM data loads and integrations.
- Develop and maintain **OTBI and BI Publisher** reports.
- Write and troubleshoot **SQL/PLSQL** queries.
- Support configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design, integration development, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with **Oracle Fusion Cloud**.
- Experience with **Oracle HCM / Core HR**, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Strong experience with **OIC and Oracle integrations**.
- Hands-on experience with **REST and SOAP APIs**.
- Experience with **OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting**.
- Strong knowledge of **HDL**.
- Good SQL/PLSQL skills.
- Experience with **Oracle GL and PPM**.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Experience:
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
