Summary
Role: Senior Network & Cloud Engineer
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (Contract)
- Must be local to the Research Triangle Park, NC area.
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking, AWS, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and troubleshooting.
- AWS experience including VPC, Direct Connect, IAM, EC2, S3, FSx, Route 53, Security Groups, Network ACLs, and monitoring.
- Experience supporting Snowflake integrations, including DNS, firewall allowlisting, TLS, network policies, S3, IAM, and authentication.
- Experience supporting laboratory, Edge Gateway, IoT, or secure data-movement environments.
- Working knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and network diagramming skills.
