Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled WMS (Warehouse Management System) Business Analyst with 2 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in warehouse operations and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective WMS solutions. This role is open only to independent consultants who are authorized to work and can join on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to WMS processes

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand warehouse operations, inventory flow, and system needs

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

• Support WMS implementation, enhancements, and system integrations

• Coordinate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment

• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery

• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in WMS domain

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows

• Experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar)

• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only independent consultants can apply

• Must be eligible to work on a full-time basis (FTE)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in WMS implementation or upgrade projects

• Exposure to integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
