UX Designer (Okta Dashboard)

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to assess, redesign, and optimize the Okta End-User Dashboard experience for employees and contractors. The role involves evaluating the current dashboard layout, identifying usability improvements, and developing a modern, business-aligned dashboard structure that enhances discoverability, usability, and self-service adoption. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IAM Engineers, Okta Administrators, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver an optimized dashboard experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and redesign the Okta End-User Dashboard experience
• Identify usability improvements and develop a modern dashboard structure
• Collaborate with IAM Engineers, Okta Administrators, and business stakeholders
• Translate stakeholder requirements into intuitive dashboard designs
• Improve employee and contractor digital experience within the organization''s IAM ecosystem
• Increase user adoption, reduce support requests, and improve application discoverability
• Establish a scalable dashboard design framework aligned with business functions and governance standards

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10 years or more overall IT experience with 5 years of UX/UI Design experience and proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
• 3+ years of experience designing enterprise portals, SaaS applications, or employee-facing digital platforms
• User Experience (UX) Design and Enterprise Portal Design
• Wireframing & Prototyping Information and Architecture Dashboard Usability Optimization
• Figma/Adobe XD Stakeholder Presentation & Design Workshops
• Design Systems & UI Standards, Experience conducting user research, surveys, and usability assessments
• Okta End-User Dashboard Identity & Access Management; IAM User Research & Feedback Analysis
• Strong understanding of information architecture and dashboard design principles
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• BS or B.E / B.Tech / MS or equivalent in Computer Science / IT
