Palantir Foundry Developer
Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

About the Role
We re looking for a Palantir Foundry Developer to design, build, and optimize data-driven solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytics capabilities that drive business insights and operational efficiency.
What You ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and workflows within Palantir Foundry.
Build and optimize data models, ontology layers, and code workflows for analytics and reporting.
Implement data ingestion, mapping, and validation using Foundry tools.
Integrate Foundry with ERP, CRM, APIs, and databases to create unified data solutions.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance compliance.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver insights.
Support automation, CI/CD, and Git-based version control for Foundry projects.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve performance of data workflows.
What We re Looking For
2 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer / Data Developer / Foundry Developer.
Proven hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including:
Data Pipelines
Transformation Logic
Ontology
Code Workflows
Contour
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
Solid understanding of ETL design, data modeling, and data governance.
Experience integrating Foundry with AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD practices.
Nice to Have
Experience with Foundry APIs or data application development.
Knowledge of data access control and security models within Foundry.
Background in big data platforms or enterprise-scale data systems.
