IT Deployment Technician

We are looking for a Deployment Technician to join our team for a short to long term project within our team. You'll have exposure to many skill sets and areas of expertise within the IT discipline focusing on our Retail initiatives, so if you're looking to carve a path, this is the place to start! Ours is a fast-paced but flexible, on-your-toes environment, positive and can-do attitude is a must.
This deployment technician will join the team responsible for all technology escalations related to their retail locations, this resource will be responsible for deploying mobile devices and miscellaneous technology that is used in their retail locations for POS, inventory, tracking, and interactive in store environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in deploying mobile iOS and Android devices - iPads, iPhones, and Zebra TC53
Pre-load IPs in dongles for Zebra label printers
Build Aptos One registers
Set up, re-image and install POS packages in lab testing site at Lawrence for testing/QA
Track Hardware purchases and deliveries
Assist in some support tickets
Ship out equipment to new stores
Troubleshoot and Deploy Vandra foot scanners
Help with hardware storage and tracking
Must be able to work in Lawrence 5 days a week.

Experience with Jira or similar ticketing system
Intune experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
