Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (Contract) to join our Finance Product Management team, supporting initiatives within the Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable domain. This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who is comfortable operating in a complex financial environment, collaborating across business and engineering teams, and driving delivery at scale.

Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the product roadmap for finance-related initiatives within Order to Cash/Accounts Receivable
* Lead delivery execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement
* Write, edit, and maintain Jira stories, epics, and backlogs in close partnership with engineering and accounting teams
* Collaborate with Finance, Pro teams, and other business stakeholders to refine use cases and requirements
* Drive initiatives such as: Pro expansion into the online space; Returns processes and workflows
* Partner with a balanced engineering team, including a dedicated engineer supporting SAP
* Lead team meetings and guide discussions with business partners, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders
* Ensure alignment between product strategy, operational needs, and technical execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated Product Management experience, including ownership of roadmaps, delivery, and stakeholder outcomes
* Experience within Finance or Accounting domains, ideally Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable
* Working knowledge of SAP and finance system integrations
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and engineering teams
* Comfortable leading agile ceremonies and facilitating stakeholder conversations

Preferred Qualifications:
* Senior-level Product Manager experience
* Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale financial systems
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
