Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – Onsite Mondays & Tuesdays)

Job Summary

Seeking a GRC Administrator & Developer to support and enhance the State of Michigan''s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, Navex IRM (formerly Keylight). This role will focus on administration, development, automation, API integrations, compliance framework implementation, and collaboration with security and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of Python programming
• Experience with REST API integrations and automation scripting
• Knowledge of database design
• Basic development experience with Java or C#
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of Risk Management concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the Navex IRM GRC platform
• Develop Python-based automation scripts and API integrations
• Automate compliance and security accreditation workflows
• Integrate CMDB, vulnerability, audit, and compliance data
• Design and maintain compliance control frameworks
• Import/export data using JSON, CSV, and REST APIs
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Maintain technical documentation and source control repositories
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, audit, and business teams
• Support testing, implementation, and system upgrades

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC tools (Navex IRM preferred)
• Automated testing experience
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks:
  • CJIS
  • IRS 1075
  • PCI
  • ARC-AMPE

Additional Requirements

• Local candidates within 1.5 hours of Lansing, MI
• Must be available for onsite work from Day 1
• References required (2–3 professional references)
