Job Description (JD):
We are looking for an Application Support Resource with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, and Google Cloud Platform to provide L2L3 support for cloud-based applications.
The role involves troubleshooting, incident management, minor enhancements, and coordination with development and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2L3 application support for Java-Angular based applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform
Analyze and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
Support application deployments and post-deployment validation
Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using Google Cloud Platform tools
Handle minor code fixes, configuration changes, and enhancements
Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams
Provide on-call off-hours support as required
Maintain support documentation and SOPs

Technical Skills Required:
Java (Spring Spring Boot) understanding of backend flows
Angular basic to intermediate debugging and UI issue resolution
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform):
o Cloud Run GKE (basic understanding)
o Cloud Logging & Monitoring
o IAM, Cloud Storage
REST APIs, JSON
SQL basic database querying
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
