Detailed Job Description:

·           Hands-on Share Gate Migrate Pro: job configuration, mapping files, incremental and delta passes, activation management within the licensed machine count

·            Microsoft Migration Manager: agent deployment, jump-box and local-agent topology, task scheduling

·            Windows file server and SMB share administration; NTFS ACL interpretation

·            Pre-migration scanning and error-log analysis; root-causing timeouts, failures and skipped items

·             Metadata fidelity — created and modified dates, authorship, versioning, permission   inheritance

·             Illegal-character, long-path and unsupported-file-type remediation

·              OneDrive sync client troubleshooting: sync conflicts, cached-file issues, client reset

·              Post-migration reconciliation — file counts, spot validation, delta reporting

·              Working PowerShell for job automation and log parsing

 

Must Have Skills:

·          Share Gate Migrate Pro

·         Microsoft Migration Manager

·         NTFS Permissions

·         Data Validation

·         PowerShell Scripting

·         Windows File Server
