We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for an exciting contract opportunity.

📌 Job Details

• Job Title: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
• Location: Jefferson City, MO
• Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
• Pay Rate: $60/hour on W2
• Employment Type: W2 Contract

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business processes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and prepare functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including tables, forms, views, workflows and dashboards.
• Strong focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers and integration teams.
• Support data migration, integrations and validation activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios and user guides.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management and production releases.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and user training.
• Work with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Requirement gathering and functional solution design.
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Dynamics 365 Security Roles, Teams and Business Units.
• CRM integrations and data migration.
• SIT, UAT and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Good to Have

• Public-sector or enterprise Dynamics 365 implementation experience.
• Case Management and Customer Engagement solutions.
• Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
