Oracle ERP Training and Change Management Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Oracle ERP Training and Change Management Lead to support a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation. This role is responsible for leading training enablement and organizational change management (OCM) activities to ensure business readiness, adoption, and a successful transition across all phases of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end training and change management strategy for Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades
* Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
* Design and manage role-based training programs, including SME enablement, UAT training, and end-user training
* Create and govern training materials such as decks, user guides, simulations, job aids, and knowledge repositories
* Facilitate workshops with functional SMEs to gather, document, and validate training content
* Coordinate training content development resources and vendors, including AI-enabled training tools where applicable
* Align training content with finalized system designs by working closely with functional and technical teams
* Plan and manage UAT training and validation activities to ensure user readiness for testing and sign-off
* Drive communication planning and execution to support change adoption, including leadership and end-user messaging
* Track adoption, readiness, and training effectiveness metrics; provide regular status updates to leadership
* Identify and mitigate people-related risks that may impact adoption or business continuity
* Manage training schedules, resources, and budgets aligned with ERP program milestones

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in project or program management
* 3+ years of experience leading training programs for ERP implementations
* Hands-on experience creating training materials, guides, and process documentation
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Experience supporting Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred) implementations

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within the staffing or workforce solutions industry
* Knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion streams and core functional modules
* Experience managing training efforts for large, complex ERP programs
* Ability to deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
