Job Overview:

Pay Range: $56.00hr - $61.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Delivery roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Data & Analytics projects.
  • Strong experience engaging senior business stakeholders and gathering business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience working with Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration concepts.
  • Strong understanding of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within large global enterprises with established project governance and delivery processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating and managing offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and reporting teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Work closely with offshore development and support teams, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
  • Drive adoption and change management activities associated with delivered solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or High-Tech industries.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance and master data management practices.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.
  • Knowledge of SAP and enterprise business processes.
