Job Overview:
Pay Range: $56.00hr - $61.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Data & Analytics projects.
- Strong experience engaging senior business stakeholders and gathering business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience working with Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with data warehousing, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration concepts.
- Strong understanding of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within large global enterprises with established project governance and delivery processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating and managing offshore teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and reporting teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Work closely with offshore development and support teams, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
- Track project milestones and provide regular updates to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
- Drive adoption and change management activities associated with delivered solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or High-Tech industries.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance and master data management practices.
- Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.
- Knowledge of SAP and enterprise business processes.
