Introduction: The Product Manager will play a crucial role in our team, overseeing the development and management of our product line. They will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends

Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business objectives

Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond

Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product vision and updates

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in product management

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Product Manager

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products

Experience in the retail domain

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with agile development methodologies
