Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

As a Machine Technician in Morristown, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.


Production Line Ready

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)


• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (we provide training)


• Comfortable reading instructions and using basic measuring tools


• Good problem-solving, math, and mechanical skills


• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. during shifts

Your Day at the Plant

Set up and operate machines for imaging, screen making, slitting, and ink mixing. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Keep machines running smoothly with light maintenance. Follow safety guidelines and keep your work area clean. Support teammates and help train new operators.
