Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Python. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing production-grade AI solutions, preferably within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or similar domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
• Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, tool use, workflow orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and pipelines.
• Develop production-quality AI applications using hands-on Python coding.
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
• Design AI architectures involving vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI agents.
• Evaluate LLMs, AI frameworks, models, and architectures for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish best practices around AI security, governance, scalability, performance, and responsible AI.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML applications in production environments.

Required Skills

1. Agentic AI / AI Agents – MUST HAVE
2. Python – MUST HAVE; strong hands-on coding experience
3. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – MUST HAVE
4. LLM / Generative AI – MUST HAVE
5. Experience designing enterprise AI architectures and solutions.
6. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and AI orchestration.
7. Experience with modern GenAI/LLM frameworks and APIs.
8. Strong software engineering and system architecture fundamentals.
9. Experience working with cloud-based AI solutions.
