Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our multi-million dollar National Intelligence program supporting the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team. As a contributor to the Intelligence Community's first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies, establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC. As the Project Integrator, you will support the Program Manager with the planning and coordination of commercial cloud-related activities, including cloud brokerage advisory services, infrastructure deployment, operational improvements, customer outreach services, and multi-cloud strategy and governance advisory services.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Working closely with the CIMM technical team in translating IT strategic goals, roadmaps, and mission requirements into future state architectures designed to leverage the cutting-edge functionally delivered through the Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) Cloud Service Provider (CSP) contract.
  • Ensuring CIMM project advisory tasks are completed within the timelines, tasking guidance from the Government is clear and unambiguous, contract personnel are qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are pre-empted.
  • Providing advisory services to the Government and recommending common methods and approaches for developing and implementing multi-cloud governance policies, and procedures following a centralized brokerage model.
  • Establishing an adaptable C2E multi-cloud strategy governance model.
  • Consulting and coordinating with the appropriate Government Task Manager for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification.
  • Establishing and implementing streamlined processes and procedures, enabling the Contractor to rapidly respond to surge requirements for increased contract personnel.
  • Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Staying abreast of advances in technology.
  • Utilizing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with active Polygraph.
  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Will accept additional years of Project Coordinator or Project Management experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • 1+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Expert in MS Office and Confluence
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services (This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction).
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective implementation of computing systems to meet mission needs.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Certification and/or Operational experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), IBM Cloud, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience with Program Estimation Review Techniques (PERTs).
  • Experience with data visualization and analytical tools.
  • Strong analysis and quality assessment skills.


Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
