Performance Tester: Neoload @ REMOTE
Our client is seeking a skilled Performance Tester with a strong background in Neoload, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for ensuring high-performance standards and a preference for the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive performance testing to ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our applications and systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct performance testing using Neoload to identify bottlenecks and performance issues in applications.
- Utilize Dynatrace and AppDynamics for monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting performance issues.
- Develop and execute performance test scripts and scenarios to ensure applications meet performance requirements.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve performance-related issues early in the development cycle.
- Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met and documented.
- Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and best practices.
Requirements
<>Required Skills- Proven experience as a Performance Tester with a strong focus on Neoload.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with writing and executing performance test scripts and scenarios.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Background in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with other performance testing tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based performance testing and infrastructure.
