Job Summary

Lead-to-Cash Transformation Manager at our client, owning strategic and operational program management for lead to cash initiatives across the sales organization.
- Lead large-scale Agile/SAFe program execution, including PI Planning and Core Team meetings, ensuring alignment across 200+ participants.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
- Drive business readiness and activation by partnering with technology, product, SMEs, and change management teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders up to VP level, providing executive communication and status updates.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve program risks while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Leverage data and analytics to build business cases, prioritize initiatives, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track execution, maintain documentation, and ensure delivery transparency.
- Apply 10+ years of project/program management expertise to lead process, policy, data, and AI transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
