Pay Range: $80 - $81/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning, including models, sheets, dimensions, versions, hierarchies, and security.
- Configure and support planning solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Maintain system performance, data integrity, and governance standards.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast future staffing demand based on growth, attrition, organizational changes, business initiatives, workload, and capacity needs.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models used to forecast hiring needs, staffing levels, and labor expenses.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights that support strategic staffing decisions.
- Support long-range planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting activities.
- Validate workforce assumptions, staffing plans, and forecasted resource requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and support Workday HCM reports used for workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.
- Create and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom reports.
- Research and resolve reporting and data discrepancies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with strategic workforce planning.
- Experience partnering with Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders.
- Experience supporting enterprise workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing demand planning.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday integrations.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Web Services, and integration frameworks.
- Experience supporting planning system implementations, upgrades, releases, or major enhancements.
- Experience driving automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Client, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce applications.
- Knowledge of data integration platforms and ETL processes.
- Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
