Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and ITSM processes who are eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Work on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management (ITSM).
• Create and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
• Support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution within the platform.
• Help maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
