Conduct automated testing, debugging, pair programming and review functionality, technical limitations, security, solutions, root causes, impacts, change requests, diagrams, code, enterprise-wide standards, performance, scalability, QA, client-server communications, centralized configuration, dependency management, requirements. Confer with stakeholders, create design documents and technical specifications, troubleshoot. Identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use SDLC, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Splunk, Atlassian, Confluence, Jira, Bamboo, CI/CD, RESTful web services, Spring Boot, Jersey, DAO, UI, HTML5, CSS3, AWS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, AJAX, JSON, Spring IOC, AOP, Config Server, S3, EC2, REST APIs, Postman, Advanced Rest Client, Log4j, PCF, Maven, Gradle, Git, DevOps, Java, Spring, React, Apache Tomcat, STS, VS Code. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing pipelines; reviewing security, code, performance, requirements; conferring with stakeholders; using SDLC, CI/CD, Spring Boot, AWS, S3, EC2, Java, Spring. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
