Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 3–6 Months

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Interview Mode: In-Person Only (No Video Interview Option)

Important Note: The client is only considering candidates currently located within the DMV area. This is a hybrid onsite role, and no relocation or fully remote option is available. Only local candidates will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Overview:

•      We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Business Analyst/SME with strong expertise in Oracle Financials, particularly within the General Ledger and Budgetary Control modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, production support, and working within public-sector financial environments.

•      Required Skills & Experience

•      10+ years of Business Analyst experience

•      10+ years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience

•      10+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience

•      Strong experience with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

•      7+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite experience

•      7+ years of experience working as an Oracle Functional SME

•      7+ years of experience with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliation processes

•      3+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger module experience

Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Modules

•      General Ledger (GL)

•      Budgetary Control (BC)

Preferred Qualifications:

•      Experience supporting Oracle EBS/Cloud production environments

•      Public sector implementation experience

•      CPA certification preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
