Required Experience
8–12+ years experience across SCM-P2P process domains and supporting technologies Strong SAP S/4HANA experience, with exposure to integrated enterprise platforms (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, etc.) Proven experience in end-to-end process and system design across multiple applications Experience in global, multi-entity environments Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus Strong vendor and partner management experience

What This Role Is: IT-owned leader of an end-to-end business capability enabled through multiple platforms Accountable for system design, integration, roadmap, performance, and innovation, unlocking defined business owned outcomes.

Role Summary
The Functional Lead owns the end-to-end technology enablement of the SCM-P2P domain across SAP and the broader enterprise application landscape (e.g., CRM, WMS, eCommerce, finance systems).
This role is a strategic IT partner to the business, responsible for shaping requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring platforms work together to enable scalable, standardized, and compliant processes.
The role requires an enterprise, end-to-end mindset, driving global consistency, leveraging core platforms, and avoiding fragmented or local solutions. This leader is accountable for the technology roadmap, platform performance, vendor ecosystem, and continuous innovation within the domain. They will partner with our business and be partners at the table defining business outcomes and enabling them through technology, data and process.


Key Responsibilities
•End-to-End Platform Ownership Own the technology landscape supporting the domain across SAP and connected platforms. Ensure systems work together to enable seamless business processes.
•Business Partnership (IT-led) Partner with business leaders to shape requirements and translate into scalable solutions. Challenge where needed to align with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
•Enterprise & Global Consistency Drive an end-to-end view across processes and systems. Ensure global standards if applicable, reuse of enterprise platforms, and reduction of duplication and local variations.
•Solution Design & Delivery Lead process design, requirements, and solutioning. Work with engineering and integration teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This will include year 1 integration of another PT Division.
•Roadmap, Optimization & TCO Own and evolve the domain roadmap, focusing on simplification, automation, and reduction of total cost of ownership (TCO) across platforms.
•Integration & Data Alignment Ensure clean, reliable integration across ERP, CRM, WMS, eCommerce, and external systems. Partner closely with architecture and Data teams to ensure high-quality, usable data across the domain.
•AI, Data & Innovation Work cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, and business teams to identify and deliver AI and agentic opportunities that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Challenge existing processes and drive continuous innovation within the domain.
•Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and audit requirements. Represent the domain in governance and design forums.
•Vendor & Partner Management Manage key technology partners and system integrators, including SLAs, performance, and contract alignment, ensuring delivery quality and value realization.
•Platform Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor system performance, data quality, and user experience. Drive continuous improvement across the domain.
